The below script collects Apache, Java, Client JRE, Forms, Perl, PL/SQL versions and Forms communication mode. (Only for R12 and do not run on 11i Instance)
Before
running the script ensure that you have sourced the environment file
APPS<SID>_host.env from $APPL_TOP after logging into the system as
applmgr user, otherwise the script will not run successfully
